The Coton De Tulear is a bright, sweet and often silly breed of dog that is closely related to the Bichon and Maltese. This breed if famed for being the “Royal Dog of Madagascar” and has been around for the last two hundred years. At one time there was a law in Madagascar banning commoners from owning the Coton.
