About Lhasa Apso-Cavaliers
The Lhasa Apso-Cavalier is a little powder keg. They have attitudes and hearts much bigger than their little bodies. With as much love as they can give you and your family, it does not extend to strangers. The Lhasa Apso-Cavalier is quite likely to bark at strangers and visitors, but after a sufficient inspection, they should be back to their mellow selves. They love all interaction in the form of cuddling, and training & playing.
You will need to spend a reasonable amount of time grooming your Lhasa Apso-Cavalier. Depending on what type of coat presents from the parents, you may want to keep them shaved fairly short to alleviate many of the grooming requirements. Expect daily brushing needs on the standard coat, and once or twice a week if you keep the fur groomed short.
Origin of the Lhasa Apso-Cavalier
The Lhasa Apso-Cavalier was bred in the 1990s as a more energetic companion dog, that could also be laid back and relaxed in a home environment.
