About The Breed

The Husky has an independent spirit with bountiful energy. They are always up for going outside, taking a hike, and exploring the high country. Your Husky will cherish the opportunity to play in the snow. Huskies are most comfortable in cooler climates.

The Husky is a pack dog and enjoys the companionship of other dogs and their family. They are extremely high energy and love to run. Frequent exercise will keep your Huskey happy and fit. They have medium length double layered coat that keeps them warm in even the most fringed of temperatures. Their large almond eyes are expressive and always have a twinkle of mischief.

Origin
The Husky originated with a nomadic tribe in Siberian nomads. The Siberian Husky was imported to Alaska in the early 1900s. They have always been used as Sledding dogs and even to this day run the traditional Arctic races.
